How to Book 

Bookings can be made via our website at www.comfortinnth.com.au or by calling directly on 61 7 55994111. Quotes and reservations are subject to availability. 

 

Arrival and Departure 

Check in time is 2pm to 8pm, if you are planning to arrive after 7 pm please contact the reception in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. 

 

The Motel operates on NSW Daylight Savings time. If arriving after 8:00 pm NSW time, please call the office number during office hours to make alternative arrangements to collect the room key. 

 

Check Out time is 10am. You will need to contact the property directly to discuss availability. 

 

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. 

 

Under 18’s 

All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18. 

 

Cancellation 

Off Peak periods: 

Cancellation will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to room availability time (2pm) on the date of arrival. 

No cancellation fee will be charged if a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given. 

 

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation will be charged. 

 

Peak periods: 

Cancellation will be accepted up to 7 days prior to room availability time (2pm) on the date of arrival. 

No cancellation fee will be charged if a minimum of 7 days’ notice is given. 

 

If less than 7 days’ notice is given a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation will be charged.
